This page explains the information used when you make a website enquiry or use member services, and how to contact the institute about a privacy request.
General enquiries
The general enquiry form sends the name, email address, subject and message you provide to the institute so the relevant team can respond. It is a general communication channel and does not create a medical record.
When you submit an enquiry, this browser tab temporarily keeps a draft of your name, email, topic and message so you can retry if sending fails. The draft is cleared after a successful submission. Avoid entering confidential information, especially on a shared device.
Please do not include medical details, test results, identity documents or confidential research information. Ask the relevant team for an appropriate route when sensitive information is needed.
Member services and uploaded documents
Institutional submissions and participant services use authorized access. Uploaded documents are intended for the submitting owner and authorized staff involved in the relevant workflow. Use these services only for the purpose and information requested by your NHRTI contact.
Website preferences and technical information
The website may save your display theme preference in your browser’s local storage. Login and member services use necessary session cookies. Service providers may process technical information needed to deliver and protect this website.
Links to other websites
Links may take you to services such as official institutional resources or an external directions service. Those websites operate under their own policies.
Questions and requests
Contact the institute about access to information you have provided, a correction, retention arrangements or another privacy enquiry. Do not include sensitive information in the initial request.
